HOW DO I GET TESTED?
Ask the medical staff for an allergy symptom form. Once completed, return it to your doctor to discuss if an allergy testing is right for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT.
For the most effective results, your doctor will perform the test on your back. After swabbing with a disinfecting alcohol pad, the skin is scratched with a variety of allergens. Slight swelling, redness or irritation will help determine your allergies. The test takes about 10-15 minutes, and you should have your results in 20 minutes or less!
